Terms of Service

Crownmoot is run by Elvoren OÜ, registry code 17601867, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia (hello@elvoren.ee). By playing you agree to these terms.
Playing
- Your keep is tied to a sign-in key kept on your device, and, if you add one, to your email address. Keep them safe: whoever has them plays your keep. Without either, we cannot restore a lost keep.
- Be decent in names and chat. We may rename or remove anything hateful, obscene or impersonating, and suspend players who cheat, use bots, exploit bugs or harass others.
- Some lords of the realm are played by the game itself, so the world is never empty. They follow the same rules as every player.
- The game is in development. Rules, numbers and features change, and the world may occasionally be reset or rolled back after a fault.
Gold
- Gold is a game currency. It has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred or sold to other players.
- Gold buys speed-ups, resources, cosmetic items and stones, such as three days of protection or a move of your keep. Soldiers are never for sale. Packs bought with money hold gold and may also hold resources and other game items.
- In the app, you pay through the App Store or Google Play. The store charges you, shows the price in your currency with taxes included, and handles refunds under its own rules; we never see your card. Purchases made earlier on our website were processed by Stripe, in euros with VAT included.
- Right of withdrawal: gold and packs are digital content delivered at once. When you buy them, you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once they are delivered. This does not affect your rights if something goes wrong: if something you paid for does not arrive, write to us and we will deliver it; if we cannot, we will help you get your money back.
- If we close the game, we will give at least 30 days' notice and stop selling gold and packs at once.
Liability
The game is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it running and fair, but we are not liable for lost progress, downtime or indirect losses, except where the law does not allow such limits.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protections of the law of your own country.
